Three-Season Cottage on a Small Scenic Lake 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, 6 Sleeps

This is a cottage on Metcalf Pond, a small lake in Fletcher, Vermont (postal address Jeffersonvile), one of themost scenic parts of the state. The cottage is of rustic design and decor but comes with the comforts of home. It has a full kitchen, including dishwasher, and laundry facilities (washer and dryer)  in a separate shed in back. We supply four small boats which are shared between this cottage and another cottage we own next door--a rowboat, canoe, paddleboat, and kayak. (Each cottage has a separate small dock.) The cottage has a deck with a charcoal grill. Also, the lake frontage has a picnic table, fire pit, and lawn chairs in addition to the small docks.
